We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If for some reason you would like to return or exchange purchased items, please, contact wearemadeinvagina@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, you can contact us at wearemadeinvagina@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We provide free shipping on all the returns and exchanges in the US. Please, contact wearemadeinvagina@gmail.com if you would like to exchange or return the item(s)
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
We will be happy to exchange the item on any other item available at the store. Please, contact our support team and we will provide you with a free shipping label. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you the desired item in exchange if it has the same price, or provide a full refund and will help to place a new order.
If you would like to cancel your order, please, contact us at info@beextra.store and we will issue a refund immediately if the order was not sent. If the order was sent we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you.
If you believe that package was damaged during delivery, please, contact us immediately.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
